Inspiring and challenging Latin Dance Classes for all levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced). We teach a wide range of styles (salsa On1, salsa On2, cha cha, bachata, merengue) and a variety of moves – from basic steps to complicated turn patterns, spinning, body isolations and shines (open floor footwork).

Salsa Fitness is a unique blend of steps and spicy Latin tunes that is guaranteed to raise your heart level.

A non-competitive activity that professional adults will be excited to attend each and every week.

All group and private classes, specialty workshops are taught by using gender-neutral language in a fun and nurturing atmosphere.

Classes are focused on aiding students to build muscle memory while ensuring proper technique and excellent leading/following skills.
